Bee Trudgeon is a writer, rocker, stroller, strummer, mama, storyteller, children's librarian, and perpetual student.Her journalism has been published in Capital Times, RipItUp, The Sapling, NZ Poetry Shelf, The Spinoff, Muzic.NZ and AudioCulture Iwi Waiata; and her poetry in NZ Poetry Box, NZ Poetry Shelf, a fine line, Tarot, and the NZ Poetry Society 2024 and 2025 anthologies. She was the recipient of the 2024 Story Inc. Poetry Prize. She is a frequent Crip the Lit collaborator and has performed with them at several Verb Readers and Writers Festivals.

She calls a haunted house in Cannons Creek home and likes her music loud. You can read more of her work on the Patreon page of her alter ego, Grace Beaster, where she has been posting a poem a week year-round for over a decade.
